Hi there Friends!

My name is Jayson, and I am here to whip you up some amazing dishes for your next party! I love creating food and unforgettable experiences for my clients. Seeing friends and family connect with one another through that first bite is what brings me the most joy.

I attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and have applied all that knowledge into my everyday life to get to where I am today. Upon graduation in 2012, I had the opportunity to work in a number of respectable fine dining kitchens such as Marche Moderne, CUCINA Enoteca, and Provenance. After obtaining multiple skills within the restaurant industry, I decided to start Lyfted Nights Catering in 2021.
